Need ideas for Back and Chest work?

This little diddy is one I programmed and challenges my clients and me. I always train the angles for all body parts so we get complete physique development and learn to train in different planes of motion on a variety of apparatus. Repetition with variety works!

Barbell: BB
Dumbbell: DB

SuperSets <You choose the sets and reps!>
–
1.)
•Back: Lat Pull-Down; a high angle
•Chest: Flat BB Press, wide grip
–
2.)
•Back: Bent Row (BB, DB, Machine); a low angle
•Chest: DB Incline Press
–
3.)
•Back: 1-Arm Cable Stretch Row (on video!); a unilateral horizontal angle
•Chest: Pec dec fly
–
4.)
•Back: Supine DB Pullover; a horizontal compound angle
•Chest: Push-Ups
•Back: Inverted Smith Machine Bodyweight Row; a low angle
