-A gal who is searching for a reset on habits, systems, and mindset to reach her most optimal self and get in the best shape of her life!
Mindy has been coaching since October 2014 and has helped 200+ women, now reaching into 35 states and 4 countries, and has worked with many fantastic women of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels!
Elite Monthly Coaching Package, Online Only:
-A weekly client e-mail check-in with a structured template, including biweekly progress pictures
-Weekly calorie or macronutrient suggestions
-Email and text access to Mindy
-Food diary reviews and feedback
-A once-monthly Coach/Client phone call to discuss progress and answer questions; additional calls scheduled as needed
-A customized weight training and cardio plan every 8/9 weeks
-A detailed Stretching Guide
-An array of suggestions for your total wellness, involving food selection, food prep, sleep, and hydration, including 3 of Mindy’s e-books
-Accountability to your goals
Who is this for? Mindy works with general fitness and competitor clients. Her coaching is geared more towards the lady who already has some fitness tread under her belt. Her coaching is for the gal who is ready to take her fitness journey up a notch and get in her best shape ever, inside and out. This is a month-to-month coaching program, but Mindy prefers at least a six to 12-month commitment for optimal outcomes!
Services also included in the Elite Coaching package for competitors:
-20-week Contest Prep programming and strategy before a show
-Please allow at least 6 months before your show and 1 month after your show to work with Mindy for your BEST results! She wants you weight training consistently for at least a solid 12 months before even talking about competing (be it coaching with her or on your own!). Prep with Mindy will usually be 20 weeks or so in time and please account for at least 1 month post show to establish a proper and guided reverse by Mindy after you compete.
-“Peak Week” suggestions supplied via a spreadsheet for each show, including all variables for sodium, water, training and macros by day leading up to the day of show and macro suggestions for Reverse Dieting post-show
-More frequent picture check-ins as we progress closer to the show; If you’re competing, you’re in regular (maybe daily!) touch with Mindy!
-30/45-minute posing sessions OR group posing sessions in person or via FaceTime with tips and checks at 10 weeks before your show
-Show-day expectations and attendance to Indiana-based shows for local clients (if Mindy is in town!)
-In order to get to know your body best, Mindy prefers a minimum of a 6-month building season with each client before beginning a contest prep season for a show date; Mindy can do prep-only work with clients, but ideally more time together is the best way to get to know your system and lifestyle in preparation for your best results for a show
Basic Monthly Coaching, Online Only:
This is only available to current clients who have fulfilled 6 consecutive months of the Elite Coaching program above. This is meant for an ongoing maintenance accountability plan for General Fitness clients and is not for Competitors.
Who is this for? This is for the gal who is wanting some basic fitness guidance and accountability to her goals AFTER receiving at least 6 months in the Elite Coaching program; Texting, phone call support, and more frequent training plans are only available in the Elite Coaching above.

Description: This is YOUR hour and we can spend it weight training, discussing lifestyle & nutrition, doing weekly accountability check-ins, or doing a mixture of accountability check-ins for lifestyle & nutrition in tandem with weight training. It’s completely customized to YOUR goals!
