Each competitor should begin posing daily for 10 to 15 minutes at least eight weeks out from a show. Additionally, stretching the hip complex (glutes, lower back, abs) pre and post-workout is very important year round so the body will go into the positions we need it to in order to open up and hit the poses. This is more than just looking pretty on stage. We learn to feel the movements and how to transition with fluidity. Stage presence is a must!
For Mindy’s current Contest-Prep Figure and Bikini clients, she will include several 1:1 or group posing sessions, via FaceTime for those that are out of state, OR in person for those that are local, with your monthly coaching services. If she is putting you on stage, she wants to be involved in all parts of the process!
