Hydration station! I’m usually leaving the house with arms full.
Today I had my water in my black 64oz. Reduce stainless container, my Bulletproof brand decaf coffee, and my 2nd veggie shake, which overflowed into several cups. My usual larger go-to stainless cups were in the wash, so these worked.
Hydrating is key for daily function. More than 75% of American adults are chronically dehydrated. I’m amazed at how people function when they tell me they drink no more than 8-16oz of water a day. I’m convinced that drinking more water could head off a lot of daily ailments, cravings, and low energy. Water makes you feel SO good!
I do a lot of training, Hot Yoga, and sauna therapy thru the week. I keep my water in my sights because staying full of water so I can then effectively move water thru my system, into my muscles, and my skin for sweating detox is key.
Did you know that your foods also hydrate you? Fruits and vegetables carry water that in essence nourish and hydrate you as well. That’s why in partner with their fiber factor, their water keeps your body satiated and happy within!
