This little diddy is one I programmed and challenges my clients and me. I always train the angles for all body parts so we get complete physique development and learn to train in different planes of motion on a variety of apparatus. Repetition with variety works!

•Chest: Pec dec fly

•Back: Supine DB Pullover; a horizontal compound angle
•Chest: Push-Ups
•Back: Inverted Smith Machine Bodyweight Row; a low angle
