3 Nutrition and Wellness Books I Recommend!

Poolside, trying to make a dent in my books. The thing is, I’m not a reader. So to change that, I’m going to try to read a book a month!
 
This goal wont be easy for me, but I like a challenge and I chase discomfort. We can’t set goals we already hit. I want to set them to stretch me!
 
I’m half way thru the Hashi book, learning more about myself and my Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Disease. Then I’m on to read Dr. Mercola’s “Fat for Fuel” since I live a high fat, low-carb lifestyle.
 
“Plant Paradox” also caught my eye and I am excited to consider his perspective about lectins and eating fruits and vegetables in their seasons for optimal digestion and assimilation. Oh so much to learn. Time to read!
