Anyone gotten to the end of the day and realized you forgot about your water or are waaaay behind on it? Hand raised! And you can only chug so much at bedtime before it wakes you up about an hour into your sleep!
New strategy: fill jug at night, set it by the sink, wake up and boom…start drinking! I call it front loading. I get way ahead on my water and I feel more energized when water is what starts my day. Someday I will get a fancy fridge for my bedroom so I can have this chilled to greet me, but until then, room temp will do! Water on!
