Fit Link Friday

On periodic Fridays I’ll be making a post with a collection of must-read links that I’ve found.  I LOVE to learn and research and when I see an article come my way, I usually can’t stop to read it right then, so I accumulate them in a list and read them later in a down moment.  I usually find such valuable info and want to make sure others are aware of it as well.  Often times I’m in process of reading these, so we’re learning together.

So this is how I will share out by putting my article-link finds on my own website!  The list will change weekly depending on what I discover and am reading.  My sources are varied, but I will only post a link that is of a reputable source and ones I trust.  Let me know which articles helped you!
