The Fighter Diet Greens are wonderful for whole-body wellness and the benefits of this great product are amazing! I’ve used it in my protein shakes and it’s offered me balanced, pre and post-workout nutrients. Additionally, I love knowing that I get sufficient vitamins and minerals without bad tastes or hard-to-swallow pills. The added pro biotic component for healthy intestines and digestion is my favorite aspect. I believe the gut truly is the second brain of the body, so until you get that to a healthy state, you’ll likely be battling many other systemic issues. Additionally, it’s great for a variety of weight loss or muscle building goals and plans.

Ideas for use:

Mix in your oatmeal or oat bran

Mix in your pre and/or post-workout shakes

Hide it in a smoothie for the picky eater in the family (It tastes great, but they don’t have to know they’re eating it)

Mix it in a cold glass of water

If you do yogurt, mix it in for added flavor
