Day 11: “Shake the Sugar” 21-Day Challenge

TO DO:
Keep journaling and reducing AND tell someone about your Challenge!  I was with some friends and I told them proudly what I was doing and most of them replied, “Oh, I could never do that!  I want to, but could not do it.”  Of course you can’t…you just made up your mind not to!  
 
However, for those that have chosen and decided to do this, just telling someone about your progress is boost to your journey enough to keep you strong.  When I have mentioned it to people, some want to jump on board, some cower in disbelief about their own abilities, and some get defensive (because they know they need to quit the habit!).  
 
But don’t worry about THEM, focus on YOU!  Just doing what you’re doing speaks louder than what you say.  You are being watched and someone else out there might need you to lead the way.  Who around you might you influence to change their habits, too?
 
Be a beacon of change today!
