There have been times where I cannot get to the gym or be active: a medical procedure, an injury, a sick child, or a schedule that fills with my family’s events. It’s easy to say, “Well, there goes that plan,” and just throw in the towel with the nutrition as well.
But wait! Reset the common all-or-nothing mindset.
Instead, THESE are the times where you reel it in and tighten up the diet even more. You CAN make great progress towards your goals, lose weight or see your clothes fit differently simply by staying fit in the kitchen when you can’t make it to the gym or be active outside.
Nutritional tools are powerful in either direction!
