I ran out of my rice cakes and needed something new for my post-workout eats! I’m not a cook or a baker, but I am happy to report I came up with this creation AND one of my kiddos was digging into my stash, so I know it turned out good!

80 g oat flour
150 g egg whites
Stevia
Cinnamon
Mix and prepare like pancakes. Would also be great as a breakfast or snack with almond butter and perfect for road trips!
