BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza
1 whole grain pita
1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
1/8 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
1 oz Tyson grilled chicken strips
1/8 cup diced red onion
Italian seasoning (to taste)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thaw chicken strips in microwave. Spread barbecue sauce over pita. Sprinkle on cheese. Top with chicken and onion. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning (to taste). Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Honey Glazed Cornish Hen
1 Whole Cornish Hen
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
Cut hen in half and cover with seasoning and honey. Bake with skin on. Remove before eating. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 60 min or until internal temp is 190 degrees. Baste chicken at least once while baking.

Slow Cooked Garlic Mushroom Chicken
3 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup chicken broth
1 Sweet Onion chopped
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 Cup White Cooking Wine
Mix soup, broth, & wine in pot. Bring to boil. Pour over chicken breasts in crock pot. Add garlic and onions (optional add extra mushrooms). Cook on High for 30 min. Then low for an additional 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
