This video was made after I received a free drink at a local drive-thru. Later that evening I also enjoyed a no-sugar-added smoothie and so I wanted to use the two events to share out fit tips and diet hacks on how to not only enjoy a sweet treat, but also to dive in to get baselines on your habits and what you really do.
