-Journal your sugar intake
-Start journaling how you’re feeling, both physically and mentally. Are you feeling better physically? Sleeping better? Craving anything? Grouchy, frustrated, or anxious? Is this easy, hard, or no big deal? Paying attention now to how you feel will likely keep you on track because I’m guessing you’re feeling better at this point?! Want to tell me about it? -Might you be someone who has fallen off or really blew it yesterday? Don’t get stuck on that. Just get right back on track and keep going. It’s worse to fall off and stay off than it is to fall and get back up. You’re developing new patterns here and you want to be a pattern of standing and moving forward, not staying down and going backwards!
