We just got home from small group and now it’s time to get the kids ready for their week and me ready for mine. I don’t share this to be all “hey look at me!” I share this because it’s helped me make progress and meet my goals and maybe you’d want to use this strategy, too.
Last week a few nights I got away from this system and I was always way behind. So now I’m back on track doing what works for me and not against me.
I’m filling tomorrow’s water tonight so I can have it ready to drink as soon as I get up. Drinking a lot of water first thing helps me get ahead on my water goal and gives me energy to start the day.
I’m also prepping my breakfast so it’s ready to go. Did you know SO many people don’t eat breakfast? Doing so could be just the change someone needs to beat that plateau or get energy and mental clarity for the day.
