This is how I roll. We like to dine out, but it’s not too often we do. This stop was at McAlister’s Deli and they are gems at allowing me to customize my order.
Each day and my food choices depend on where I am in my macros at that point and because I remove something does not imply it is “bad”, I just usually don’t want to “spend” my macros on it.
This is a Black Angus club on wheat bread (3 slices total). I 86’d the cheese, mayo and bacon and requested they add guacamole (avocado!!). I chose veggies as my side and had it prepared without butter.
Since I’m not a master cook, my page and I cannot offer you tons of amazing recipes to create at home, but I can happily show you how you can customize many dining-out orders to your eating goals.
