Weight Watchers-I reached “Lifetime” status at WW and I would usually send anyone starting out on their journey here first! Great system, easy to use, it works, works, works! Goodbye 80 pounds on that program!
Body For Life-I’m a former BFLer! I took their 12-week challenge back in April 2011 and it took 10 hard-to-lose pounds off of me after a 7-month plateau. Get the book, read it, talk to me! My take-away concept that changed me is eating 6 times daily.
The Fighter Diet-Whoa! Hold on for a ride! This gal is hard core and she knows her stuff! I incorporate some of her concepts with regards to vegetables and refeeds. This is not for a beginner, but if you’re thinking of training for a fitness competition or really want to get lean…..tune in! I use the Fighter Diet Concept in my off season and in Show Prep I use her Contest Prep plan.
Protandim-I started taking this daily in April 2011 and it’s done wonders with my health! It reduces your oxidative stress by 30% and keeps you (looking) and feeling age 20 for years to come!
Sun Warrior Protein Shakes-Love, love, love these! I drank them 2x daily pre and post workouts and enjoyed the 45 servings per bag.
Fighter Diet Greens-once added to a few of my shakes, it offered me my daily vitamins, minerals, and probiotics for a healthy colon and healthier me!

Chalene Johnson’s 30-Day Push Challenge and 30-Day Organization Challenge-Chalene is an amazing business woman, fitness pro, and entrepreneur who has given back time and again with her talents and passions. She wrote a book called “Push” and also coupled it with a 30-day challenge. She also offers a FREE 30-day Challenge for organization and time management. I took part in both of these and it’s been very helpful in moving me forward in all that I do!
Recipes for Gals in Figure and Bodybuilding-Fitness, recipes, fitness discounts to online vendors, all thru Facebook. She has a blog as well! Great story and this gal knows her stuff, too!
I Got Tired of Being Fat and Got In Shape!-Great Fitness motivator with a story of her own on Facebook! Pictures, quotes, a positive push!
Muscle and Fitness Hers-A print magazine, but I just follow them on Facebook! Lean up, ladies!
Oxygen Magazine-a great way to get tips and stay up on the fitness chat!
Female Gym Motivation….Quotes | Videos | Tips | Pictures-Well that pretty much sums it up! Facebook for that one, too!
Cut and Jacked-They feature many pros in the industry with their tips for fitness….and how to get cut (and jacked)!
Strong Is The New Skinny-Great site and Facebook page focused on building muscle in addition to living healthy (and trim!)

Fishers YMCA-Oh, these are my people and this is my community! They love on my kids while I workout, they know me at the front desk and at Subway when I steal their water and ice, and we happily sit on their fundraising committee, the “Y For All Campaign.” I love my Fishers Y!!
The Yoga Center of Indiana-My girl Kristina raved about this place. I went and I went back and then I took the hubs and I went back again! LOVE it! I do their Slow Flow Heated and Hot Vinyasa classes. To date, I haven’t knocked anyone over in a class, I have been corrected on form in every class, and I bought a yoga towel for my mat. So I think that makes me official! Sign me up….this gal (and her hubs) are buying the 10 packs!
