Hammer Strength Shoulder Presses!
My former Coach Shala had me do these all last building season and it really helped me change my shoulder shape and size. Now Coach Brooke has these back in my line-up and I’m embracing the burn!
It’s a love-hate relationship. They kick my booty with each rep, but I love the shape they add to my shoulder caps. Choose heavy weight, low reps or lighter weight, heavy reps. I’ve done both and get results both ways!
