The Program: General Fitness and Competitor Contest-Prep Coaching
-A pre-coaching, 45-minute phone consult
-Weekly client e-report check-ins with a 12-point report, including biweekly progress pictures; (this piece is a must!)
-Weekly calorie or macronutrient suggestions, based off of client readiness and experience
-Unlimited email access; Mindy has client check-ins Monday-Thursday and welcomes additional questions as needed
-A once monthly, 15-minute Coach/Client phone call to discuss progress and answer questions
-A customized weight training and cardio plan every 8 to 12 weeks; Commercial gym access is highly suggested
-A detailed Stretching Guide
-An array of suggestions for your total wellness, involving food selection, food prep, sleep, and hydration, including 3 of Mindy’s e-books
-An invite into Mindy’s private fitness Facebook group where she posts biweekly private video messages and select educational info for her clients only
-Accountability to your goals
-For a more intense coach-to-client approach, the “Intense Track” method is available. You can text Mindy your daily food diary. The goals here are to go for mainly whole foods away from inflammatory foods

Additions for Competitors:
-12, 16, or 20-week Contest Prep programming and strategy before a show
-“Peak Week” suggestions supplied via a spreadsheet for each show, including all variables for sodium, water, training and macros by day leading up to the day of show and macro suggestions for Reverse Dieting post-show
-More frequent picture check-ins as we progress closer to the show; If you’re competing, you’re in regular (maybe daily!) touch with Mindy!
-Posing tips and checks; For Mindy’s current Contest-Prep Figure and Bikini clients, at 6-8 weeks before your show, she will include several 1:1 or group posing sessions, via FaceTime for those that are out of state OR in person for those that are local, with your monthly coaching services. If she is putting you on stage, she wants to be involved in all parts of the process!
-Show-day expectations and attendance to Indiana-based shows for local clients (if Mindy is in town and not traveling with her kids!)
-In order to get to know your body best, Mindy prefers a minimum of a 3-month building season with each client before beginning a contest prep season for a show date; Mindy can do prep-only work with clients, but ideally more time together is the best way to get to know your system and lifestyle in preparation for your best results for a show

-Mindy is a very hands-on, thorough, proactive Coach offering lots of service, knowledge, and support. Her rates are priced accordingly. If you’re shopping Coaches, you’ll want to compare service and support for an apples-to-apples comparison of what you’re actually receiving.
-All fees are non-refundable as there is no contract, yet the more time one can give this the better the outcome for the long haul!
-Due to the time investment in the coaching systems, Mindy can only take clients that can allow at least six months, ideally 12-18 months +, for the coaching process in order to lay the adequate coach-to-client foundations and to give our new programming time to be established and implemented.

Coaching Expectations:
Mindy is passionate about teaching balanced wellness to others. She also wants to put her time and focus into those who are ready and willing to evolve to a new lifestyle. In order to be a part of her online coaching programming, all participants will fill out an intake application, must be willing to track their foods daily online or on an app, and follow the suggested client-specific parameters. This is not a 12-week or quick-fix transformation program. Please plan to give this daily time and intention so you can evolve new habits and whole-life systems towards a different lifestyle, a changed mindset, and eventually a new physique!

Who is This Coaching For?:
>General Fitness Clients: Mindy’s coaching is well suited for intermediate and advanced trainees. Her programs are a best fit for the gal who is already active and ready to take her fitness up a notch. She is someone who has no more than 30 pounds to lose, and has been routinely active in the gym with free weights, plate machines, and cables for at least six months. She is a person desiring to dial in her wellness, fine tune her nutrition, and get serious about her time and intention in the gym. Those in the beginning stages of weight training and/or with more than 30 pounds to lose have been coached by Mindy, but this programming is better suited for the gal who has some forward momentum already under her belt.
-Former weight training experience is required and gym access is a must. At-home training does work, but clients get more benefit from access to the diverse equipment in a commercial gym. Most importantly, the client is a gal who is willing to give this time, is coachable to new ways, and overall is patient to work the plan consistently day in and day out!
>Building Season and Competitor Contest-Prep Clients: Someone who has been actively weight training for at least 12 months and is ready to dial in her fitness and get serious about living the competitor lifestyle, taking her work of art to a moment on stage!

Getting started:
1. Email her at mindy@mindyirish.com for inquiries.
2. She’ll send you a client intake form to fill out and will schedule a 45-minute pre-coaching phone call with you.
3. If the two of you choose to proceed to coaching, she will send a Paypal invoice, and let the progress to your goals begin!
4. Mindy has coached larger volumes of clients in the past, but is now limiting her online coaching client caseload to 12-15 clients max in order to provide quality coaching to each client and really dive in at a deeper level. She may be on a wait-list until coaching spots become available, so please write her for current availability.
5. Due to the time investment in the coaching systems, Mindy can only take clients that can allow at least six months, ideally 12-18 months +, for the coaching process in order to lay the adequate coach-to-client foundations and to give our new programming time to be established and implemented.
