In my 2+ years of coaching, I’ve had the opportunity to Coach a lot of women from all locations and seasons of life. It is no secret that this industry is full of transition.
People transition from plan to plan, gym to gym, or maybe even Coach to Coach. I have several clients who have been with me for 12 to 18 months, but had a few who didn’t stay long either. #Realtalk
It takes a lot of energy and communication to lay the program foundation for a client, so when they don’t give it much time, it always makes me pause and think.
I’m not perfect and don’t have all the answers, but my systems are pretty sound and produce great results. It’s very difficult to develop programming that can work for everyone, but as a Coach and Trainer, I’m always looking to improve my tactics and make them a good fit for many!
For those who don’t progress, I always have to wonder why. Sometimes it is a budget constraint, they wanted faster results to race the bank account or their ideal timeline. Sometimes it is about a level of investment and yes, this takes time and intention.
Ultimately, I find that many are just not willing or ready to change. They want changes, but they don’t want TO change very much to get there. It is all about that, evolving how we think, plan and act so we can evolve what we DO.
Hopefully my message gets out there. I don’t have magic ways to get one new results on old systems. We take time to learn ourselves, change our patterns, and then embrace the changes that come our way.
Comfort zone uninvited!
