“A week and a half ago I invested in this for me and for my health. I can workout until I can’t sweat anymore, I can run for miles on end, but I have a hard time resisting food that I shouldn’t be eating. I try to eat well 80% of the time, but I never really knew if it was actually 80%. Mindy is coaching me through becoming more aware of my daily food choices and what it is doing for my body and for my goals. She has set goals for me based on the “If It Fits Your Macros” (IIFYM) flexible dieting program. This is a work in progress for me and I am enjoying the knowledge and the tricks I am learning.
