I find that staying mindful thru the holidays is KEY to keeping body weight and habits in check. I’m offering a “100-Day Challenge” to help educate those looking to make wellness progress and be held accountable in this busy time of year. All the details and Paypal purchase link are below. “100-Day Challenge”; $99
Challenge Dates: October 24-January 31; You can sign up anytime between now and November 10, 2018 <Yes, you can begin late and we’ll catch you up!>. A Welcome Email will arrive soon after sign up <these are sent out by me and not auto generated!> and the Challenge will officially begin on Wednesday, October 24, strategically ONE WEEK before Halloween!
What IS Included:
•This will take you thru 4 holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Hanukkah, New Years <and close to the Super Bowl, too!>
•From October 24-January 31, you will receive 2-3 succinct emails per week offering education, tips, and inspiration on training, movement/cardio, nutrition, holiday strategies, and lifestyle systems; I will make each week be themed on a topic and we’ll set “Challenge Goals” for you to be working on for that week, aiming to keep those new systems in place ongoing!
•You will receive 3 monthly weight-training plans, programmed for 4 days a week; You can choose to train as often as you like, but these will give you 4 total workouts to execute per week and then repeated weekly for one whole month;
These plans will be sent by email in a PDF on November 1, December 1, January 1; The workouts will last 45 to 75 minutes and you can modify them to your goals, equipment, and ability levels; I will NOT be offering training advice or exercise how-to, so former weight training is ideal.
Special Note: I do have 140+ training videos on my website HERE, which will help any level of trainee. If you’re local to the Indianapolis area, I also offer 1:1 In-Person Personal Training, sold in packages or by the hour to help teach you how to weight train!
•Initial emails include an overview on how to track on the My Fitness Pal website and app, and then how to determine your own daily caloric intake for your goals; I will NOT be setting calories or macros for participants, but you’ll be learning how to become food aware, use the tools suggested, and then monitor your daily intake to determine if you’re eating enough for your goals.
•Access to my monthly E-letters and private Facebook group with biweekly videos that go back nearly 2 years; This also houses an inventory of tips, links, and fitness info not seen on my general social media platforms. Once you purchase the Challenge, you may request to join the Facebook group HERE!
•Option to weigh-in via email to me weekly; Accountability is POWERFUL and if you choose, you may send me your starting weight and then weigh-in to me each week on Wednesday via email. I’ll keep a chart to celebrate your progress. I will NOT be coaching you, but I can certainly reply with cheers along the way!

-Getting a food-intake baseline and determining a daily calorie amount for YOUR goals

What is NOT included in the 100-Day Challenge:
The 100-Day Challenge is an educational accountability piece aiming to launch you into new systems and choices well beyond the 100 Days!
It is a great way to go at your own pace, receive emails in succinct written or video format to your inbox, to be viewed on your own time, all with the goal to keep you mindful to your actions during this very scheduled time of year.
I find that by investing a little time into your self NOW is an excellent way to set you up for an amazing finish to 2018 and a solid launch into 2019, too!

About Mindy: Mindy Irish has a teaching degree from Indiana University and is a Certified Personal Trainer thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been married to Dan for 19 years and they have four children.
Mindy started her own journey in 2009 at 225 pounds after having five pregnancies in six years. From 2009 to 2012, she spent time revamping her lifestyle and in turn revamping her body.
She began weight training in 2012 and got into competing in bodybuilding in 2013. She now competes at the national level in the Bikini division and most recently earned third place, making it into the “Top 3” in the 2018 NPC North Americans Bikini 40+ division. This was just two places shy of earning that coveted Pro Card for professional status! <her goal!>
Mindy is using her life journey to also teach and guide others across the country and internationally towards their wellness goals. She is a thyroid-disease fighter, staying ahead of her autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Overall, Mindy considers herself an Educator, an Athlete, and a Wellness Advocate with passion and desires to help others press reset as she did back at her “Day One” in 2009!
